| SHIPPING:
Domestic (within India): Jaipurfashions.com uses DHL/FedEx/Skynet International for all your shipping needs. You can choose between Express (next day delivery), Priority (2-3 days) or First Class (up to 13 ozs) at the time of check-out. This allows you to save on shipping. |

International: We ship to virtually every country in the world. Here is a list of the countries where we ship - Canada, UK, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Greenland, Greece, Holland/Netherlands, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. If you need your order to be shipped to any other country, please contact us. |

Once you log-in, you can view shipping estimates while you shop for your primary shipping destination in the shopping cart page. Our customers within India can view real-time shipping estimates just by adding an item to the shopping cart. |

Based on the shipping option you choose, your order may take between 5 - 10 business days. Please note that the shipping schedule is quoted by the shipping company and any delays are the responsibility of the shipping company.

International shipping charges do not include any fees (custom duty) charged by the customer's country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any and all customs fees. |

All orders will be processed depending on the quantity, once the payment is received. If you need some tentative date, you can always write to us for the same. If you need shipping insurance or have any other question, please contact us. All merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur, India.

| RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
You can return/exchange any merchandise within 3 days of receipt of your shipment. A 20% restocking fee plus S&H will be charged for all returns and exchanges.
|
|
|
|
To return/exchange a merchandise, follow our two step process:
1. Call on +91 141 2761416 or email jhfcustomercare@gmail.com for a Return Approval within 3 days of receipt of shipment. You will be given a Return Authorization Code. Affix this code on a sticker to the outside of the box you are returning. |
|
|
2.
Pack the merchandise as you received it with all packaging and tags intact, and ship it back to us. |
|
For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or DHL) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case your return is lost in transit. All returns should be sent to the address as specified in the packaging slip.
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Returns department. You will receive an e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within seven business days. Any unauthorized, uninsured, improperly packed package or any package not postmarked within 3 days of receipt will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been used, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made towards your purchases. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. |

Shipping charges, restocking charges or any other initiation charges, if applicable, are not refunded; if merchandise was shipped free, upon return / exchange, the initial shipping cost will also be charged to the customer. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. |

Jaipurfashions.com makes every effort to keep a good stock of all the items on our site. Occasionally, a high-demand item may be sold out. If an item you ordered is sold out, we will notify you via email. And will manufacture the same with top priority.

Jaipurfashions.com has maximized its efforts to provide a complete on line shopping experience. We understand that you as our customer may have different requirements and you may wish to:

b) Modify the design (embroidery, pattern, fabric) of a showcased outfit |

c) Add sleeves to a sleeveless blouse |
|
d) Have a specific dress for a specific occasion |

All the above (and more!) can be achieved very easily by placing a Custom Order.

Please follow the steps below to make your very own personalized purchase:
a) Send us an email exclusively describing your requirements in detail. Therefore, please do take the time to be as specific as possible.

b) You will receive an email with a detailed description of the item(s) requested along with price. (if possible, we will attach digital image(s) of the same). |
|
c) After mutual confirmation on price and design, we will send you an email with your unique Custom Bag link. |
|
d) This link will take you directly to a custom bag page wherein you can see all the items that you requested. |
|
You can then complete this personalized purchase online using your credit card.

Jaipurfashions.com firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits, accessories or jewelry ordered. All color options offered on the net is an exercise to provide our customers with the maximum available choice of our outfits. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and medium.

Slight irregularities gives each piece its individual beauty and character, not to be regarded as defects Irregularities in weave, block print or embroidery are a characteristic of the process and beyond our control. At times actual outfit may be little different in design than displayed on the website as they are hand made, hence beyond our control.
